Corey Van Hoosen ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Wrist Labyrinth: Tilt & Roll mobile application (the "Service") for Wear OS. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). The game is designed to be played locally on your wearable device.

Sensor Data

The Service requires access to your device's Accelerometer (motion sensors) to function. This data is used solely to calculate the tilt of the device to move the in-game marble. This data is processed in real-time and is never stored or transmitted by us.

Permissions

The Service uses the following permissions for gameplay purposes:

2. Data Storage

The Service saves your game progress (the highest level reached) locally on your device in a configuration file. This data stays on your device and is not synced to any external servers by us.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service is built using the Godot Engine. While we do not collect data, third-party services like Google Play Services may collect information used to identify you as part of their standard platform operations. You can find their privacy policy on the official Google Privacy and Terms website.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
